NEW CLIENT CONTRACTS

After a project kickoff meeting, Will Work for Clothes, LLC will assess the work and craft an estimate based upon the unique needs of the client and send via email. The client must agree in writing to the estimate before work will commence.

The estimate serves as a legal contract of work to be performed and is required for all new clients.

The estimate will specify details regarding: deliverables, hourly rates, timeline and estimate of time & cost. The time/costs estimates are preliminary projections based on the scope of work as outlined in the estimate and does not accommodate for project creep.

If estimate is accepted by the client, the designer will bill an hourly rate and charge for actual time spent on the project. Client will be given a running tally of designer's time as each deliverable or milestone in project is achieved.

If at any time the designer believes they will exceed the hours as listed within the approved estimate, the client will be informed immediately.

The client has the right to cancel the project at any time, but agrees to pay the designer for time already spent on the project.

Please refer to your estimate for specific details as it pertains to your project.

PAYMENT

Requests for payment will be sent when I receive final, written approval from the client, or at 30 days after a project has been completed. Final payment in full is due within 30 business days from the invoice date.

My online payment system allows for all major credit cards or checks. A deposit may be required for large projects and/or new clients. Monthly or weekly payment schedules and retainers can be arranged for long-term contracts.

REFUND POLICY

Design Services

Once assets have been approved and delivered — design services and fees are 100% non-refundable.

Requests for refunds, after tasks as outlined in the estimate have been completed, must be presented to Will Work for Clothes, LLC in writing. Refund requests must be made prior to Will Work for Clothes, LLC receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed.

Printing Services

Printing services and fees are 100% non-refundable if printing has begun.

If a printing fee refund is requested prior to the commencement of printing cycles, a full refund of printing fees will be granted.

How Refunds Are Processed

Payments made to Will Work for Clothes, LLC by credit card will be refunded to the card used for purchase. Cash or check payments will be refunded by check only.
